Position: Customer Service Representative- Seasonal Part-Time
Summary: Aids in maintenance of Customer Service Booth/ Center; provides assistance to customers in need.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Answers telephone and direct caller to appropriate departments. Takes messages when necessary.
-Sells gift cards to customers.
-Rent wheelchairs to customers.
-Pages customers in emergencies.
-Provides information about mall to customers.
-Completes gift card paperwork for review by Marketing Director.
-Reconciles and deposits gift card funds.
-Maintains employment-listing book for mall and its merchants.
Supervisory experience: None
Education requirements: High School Diploma or GED preferred
Experience: One to three months experience working with the public required. Bilingual is a plus.
Other Qualities: Must possess ability to effectively communicate with public on regular basis. Pleasant personality. Must be able to use the following types of equipment: gift card machine, switchboard telephone, calculator, two-way radio, PA system, copy machine, fax machine, and credit card machine
