Trollbeads at Holyoke Mall is looking to fill full and part-time sales associate/keyholder positions on their team!

Full-time and Part-time Retail Sales Associate/Keyholder
Hours: 20-25hrs/weekly
Starting rate: $13.50/hourly
We think you would make a great fit on our team if:
- You like to build connections with clients; helping the tell their story with our jewelry
- Enjoy being creative; have an understanding of different fashion styles
- Have an understanding of social media (i.e., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) as well as content creation
- Worked in a sales-based environment
- Can work independently as well as on a team
- Energetic and upbeat personality
Position duties:
- Maintain outstanding customer service to all clients, determining wants/desires
- Responsible for meeting both individual and team sales goals
- Maintaining a clean and organized work space
- Scheduling/shipping customer orders
- FedEx shipping and handling
Requirements include:
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- 2+ years’ Specialty Retail Sales experience
- Proficient with Facebook and Instagram
