Join the Albany Army Recruiting Battalion’s Springfield Recruiting Company for their Oath of Enlistment ceremony on Friday, December 4th on the Lower Level in Honor Court, near Hobby Lobby. Administering the Oath is Cpt. Stephen J. Lariviere, commander of the Springfield Recruiting Company. More than a dozen young men and women will raise their right hand to swear the Oath of Enlistment and proudly serve either on active duty or in the Army Reserves. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the ceremony will held in two services to host smaller groups of enlistees. The first ceremony is at 11:00 AM and the second ceremony is at 12:00 PM.
Attendees are required to practice social distancing and wear masks to protect the health and safety of those present for the ceremony.
