Escalators are under video surveillance. Any misuse, malicious action, or purposeful neglect of safety standards in place for this or similar equipment will result in personal liability, criminal charges and payment for damages.
Strollers are available for rent for a nominal fee at three locations including the Upper Blue North Entrance, Lower Level Blue South Entrance near Macy’s and Upper Level Green Entrance near Best Buy.
Holyoke Mall provides access to wheelchairs for those who require assistance. Please contact Holyoke Mall Security at 413.322.7746 to arrange to have an employee meet you with a wheelchair upon arrival.

Should you come across such items, Lost & Found is located in the Mall Management Office located in Café Square. We encourage everyone to report any missing or lost items to this location. The parking area is private property and is intended for the use of mall guests, visitors and employees. Vehicles must be parked in legal designated spaces. Violators are subject to tickets and/or towing. Unauthorized overnight parking is not permitted and is also subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
