Our 2nd assistant must be a charismatic individual who is driven to make sure all guests leave feeling that they have had fun, made friends with the staff and were able to explore our candle playground. Management creates this experience and leads the associates to do the same. In addition our leaders are fast paced, organized and goal driven with impeccable visual standards. We are the the first CandlePower in the world so we are really here to create the standard for all the stores. All candidates need to have previous management experience, the mindset of making things happen regardless of obstacles, and a passion for the business.
