Rules: No purchase necessary. Participants must follow Holyoke Mall on Instagram. Then post a photo of their costume in Holyoke Mall to Instagram and tag Holyoke Mall in their post and use #HolyokeMallHalloween. Entry into our virtual Halloween Costume Contest gives consent for photo to be shared on Holyoke Mall’s social pages. Contestants must be at least 18 years of age.
Winner must be able to pick up their prize within 30 days of announcement.
