Holyoke Mall Supports United Way’s Stuff the Bus Campaign

Just days left to make a donation as campaign is set to wrap on Friday, August 6th

Holyoke, MA – Holyoke Mall is proud to once again support the United Way of Pioneer Valley’s Stuff the Bus school supply drive as a collection site.  The initiative will provide school supplies for students who are homeless throughout the UWPV’s service area of Hampden County, South Hadley and Granby.

“For more than 10 years Holyoke Mall has been a proud supporter of this campaign.  We had to skip a year as a collection site in 2020 due to Covid restrictions, but the donation bins are back and we’re hoping our guests will help support the campaign while they’re Back to School shopping this week,” said Holyoke Mall’s Marketing Director, Lisa Wray.   “The first day of school can be intimidating enough for some children, but not having the right tools could make it even more challenging, so we’re pleased to do our part.”

Individuals are encouraged to donate the following supplies: No. 2 pencils, colored pencils, markers, index cards, erasers, binders, paper, crayons, highlighters, pencil cases, pens, glue sticks, composition books, rulers, pocket folders, Post-it notes, spiral notebooks, 3-ring binders (1”), pencil top erasers, hand-held pencil sharpeners, loose-leaf notebook paper, and rulers (English and metric measurements).

Donations can be dropped off on the Lower Level in front of Macy’s and on the Upper Level in front of Target.
