Order 2 hours prior to closing to get it today.

Place an order on JCP.com 2 hours prior to store closing to get your order today. Orders are typically ready within 2 hours. At checkout, select Free Same Day Pickup. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready. If you can’t make it that same day, we’ll hold your purchase at the store for 10 days.

Both Curbside and In-Store Pickup are available during normal store hours. Follow the instructions from your “Ready for Pickup” email – and when you arrive – choose the pickup option best for you.

Curbside Pickup

To Use Curbside Pickup at JCPenney:

1. Park: Proceed to the dedicated curbside parking area outside of the store. 
2. Check in: Use the app or jcp.com to let us know you’re there. 
3. Drive away: Orders are placed in your trunk or backseat and then you’re good to go! 

In-Store Pickup

To Use In-Store Pickup at JCPenney:

1. Head inside: Visit your store’s in-store pickup location and an associate will be happy to help with your order. 
2. Confirm the order: Show the associate your valid driver’s license or ID, as well as the credit card used to pay for the order. 
3. Enjoy: Once you’ve received your confirmed order from the associate, you’re all set to enjoy your purchase! 

Free Ship to Store For Orders Over $25

If your online purchase is not available for Same Day Pickup, you can have your order shipped directly to the store for free. Just choose Curbside or In-Store Pickup at checkout. When your order is ready for pickup, we’ll send you an email to let you know. Most orders are ready within 4-7 business days.

If you’d rather have your order shipped to your home and delivered directly to you, a friend or a loved one, select Ship to Home at checkout.
