o EDUCATION – High school education is required. Some college preferred.
o RETAIL EXPERIENCE – 1 years experience in a retail management role.
o SUPERVISOR / MANAGERIAL EXPERIENCE – 1 year management experience preferred

WORK SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS
Assistant Store Managers are required to work a minimum 40 hours per week. Assistant managers may be required to work more than 40 hours per week depending on the time of year and the needs of the store. Assistant Managers are required to work some nights, most weekends, and during peak holiday periods. Hourly employees are eligible for overtime compensation.
Achieves store goals by driving sales through visual merchandising, market events, and customer experience. Executes markdowns, shipping, receiving, and cash control with accuracy. Controls and minimizes shrink. Maintains payroll within budgetary guidance. Demonstrate business acumen by understanding divisional strategic opportunities, and operational goals.
Demonstrates a customer-driven approach that focuses on anticipating, understanding, and servicing customer needs in order to facilitate a relationship with the brand. Ensures associates are knowledgeable, helpful, and able to efficiently carry-out the store recovery functions.
