Celebrating Pride Month at Holyoke Mall!

This month, we recognize and celebrate the LGBTQ+ community as well as the wonderful organizations that work to promote equality, love, and understanding. As you walk through the shopping center this month, be sure to visit Holyoke Mall businesses that have created campaigns celebrating Pride month while bringing attention to a variety of important organizations, including the following stores.

 

American Eagle:

The Pride Shop at American Eagle features an exclusive, limited-edition collection designed in collaboration with mxmtoon. Plus, during the month of June they will be collecting donations for It Gets Better Project at checkout to support their mission to uplift & empower LGBTQ+ youth.

Lane Bryant:

Lane Bryant has kicked off Pride Month with their new 2022 Pride collection! They’ll also donate $30K to GLSEN, which has been their Pride partner for the past five years. This organization is dedicated to encouraging LGBTQIA+ inclusion in schools, and their efforts are more vital than ever.

Old Navy:

The Old Navy x Queer Eye™ Pride collection has arrived! Plus, Old Navy will be donating $50,000 to the Ali Forney Center to further their mission to protect homeless LGBTQ+ youth.

rue21:

rue21 launched its #SayGay Pride campaign in partnership with The Trevor Project. Their Pride collection includes a limited-edition, gender-neutral “Unity” fragrance, special screen tees, underwear, accessories, and more, all in sizes and styles to allow customers to show their support for equality in a bold way. Furthermore, rue21 will donate to The Trevor Project, which will help them extend their free, 24/7 crisis services to aid the more than 1.8 million LGBTQ young people in the United States who seriously consider suicide each year.

Yankee Candle’s Love Is Love Pride Candle is perfect for celebrating Pride Month! This limited-edition candle was created to highlight the important work of Rainbow Railroad. In addition, Yankee Candle will make a $100,000 donation to this global nonprofit organization.
