Update 11/07/25: Sidewalk work is currently underway near the JCPenney and 110 Grill entrance. Parking lot paving is also in progress on the East side of the property, in the vicinity of JCPenney, Planet Fitness, and Macy’s.

Please note that paving of the outer ring road is ongoing. Traffic patterns may be temporarily rerouted during this time — we encourage all visitors to allow extra time and consider alternate routes to reach your mall destination.

The Gray Parking Lot will be temporarily closed for paving. Macy’s and Planet Fitness are OPEN! Please use the Lower Blue Lot entrance near Macy’s & Bar-Ber for parking and mall access.

To minimize disruptions, customers and employees are encouraged to use alternate parking areas, including the blue, green, and purple parking decks.

To support the start of our mall enhancement project, we are temporarily relocating the PVTA bus stop. Beginning Monday, May 19th, the stop currently located in the Yellow Lot near JCPenney will move to the Lower Green Lot near Best Buy and the outer ring road. This relocation will remain in effect for the foreseeable future.

Riders can access the mall through the lower mall entrance near the future Pickleball Kingdom (formerly Christmas Tree Shops), which opens at 8:00 AM, or through the JCPenney entrance, which opens at 11:00 AM.
