5/7/26: Please note, the final coat of the ring road from Holyoke Street to Target will be done today, which may cause temporary road closures.

Paving Project: Our paving work of the ring road and mall parking lots will start on April 13 and last for the next several weeks. Starting that day, and during the duration of the work, please expect road closures and paving equipment around the property.

Exterior Projects: Now that the weather has been warming up, our exterior enhancements are underway with landscaping, painting and new signage currently ongoing. Over the next several weeks, expect to see more contractors on site performing the balance of this enhancement work.

PVTA Bus Stop: Also, effective April 13, 2026, the bus stop currently located in the Lower Green Lot in front of Best Buy will be relocated to the Little Red Lot near Round1.

This adjustment is being made in coordination with the upcoming paving work and to better support overall traffic flow.
